The Gala Dinner Ticket (USD 95,00) and the covering of accepted papers are not included in the registration fee.

Registration Terms and Policies

  1. Each registration includes a copy of the proceedings in electronic format.
  2. Every individual attending the event must register separately.
  3. Each accepted paper must be linked to one registered person. One-Day Special Rate cannot be used to cover papers. Any paper not linked to a registered person by Sunday 1 October 2023, will be withdrawn. The Registrant who covers the fee for a paper must be the author or co-author of the registered paper.
  4. Registration payments must be received by Sunday 1 October 2023 to receive the Early Bird registration rate. After that date, the higher registration rates will apply.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A USD 50,00 processing fee will be forfeited for any registration that is cancelled on or before Sunday 1 October 2023.
  • No refunds will be issued after Sunday 1 October 2023.
  • The cancellation deadline applies to registrants with any reason for cancelling the registration, including visa issues.
